It’s January, do you know what that means……the official countdown to VEGAS is on. So I have a few weeks until I go, I intend to party it up over there since I haven’t really done that in my previous trips. So what I wanted to do is make sure I give my body a little rest from alcohol and shit food until around then.
Yes I know it might be a shock to the system but I don’t want to go on this trip already feeling shit. Thats how Im suppose to feel on the plane ride back, with regrets from over indulging ( like any female on holidays). So Ive made up a few different smoothies in the mornings to help me feel great and get enough healthy scrap into my body before I put all the unhealthy crap in my body (thats a pretty gross sentence reading back….I’ll keep it in to see if anyone else thinks so). Here are some recipes to take a look through….

Banana VS Mango and Berries Go to Hakkasan
These party animal fruits got down and dirty at the MGMs nightclub
1 Whole Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries
1/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Almond or Coconut milk
Put everything in the blender and blend blend blend
Blackberry and Banana Visit Fremont Street Smoothie

1 Cup Frozen Blackberries
1/2 Banana
1 Cup Spinach
1 cup Coconut Water
Annnnd put it in the blender and mix this shit up!

These smoothies got to go into my lovely stemless wine glasses instead of the standard cup I usually use. Try get me into the mood to party for vegas….
