While cleaning out the fridge I noticed we had so many friggin CARROTS! I didn’t want to throw them out because they were still good to eat so I decided to make up a few smoothies which included carrots in them so sorry guys expect the next few smoothies to feature carrots in them. Also I just realised that Easter will be creeping up on us soon so why not feature a rabbits fav food (well cartoons make out like rabbits love them) in the lead up to Easter. We’ll try be healthy until it’s hits Easter when we all go ape shit on Hot Cross Buns and Easter eggs.
1/2 Banana or one small banana
1/2 Cup of Chopped Carrots (skin peeled too)
1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
1/2 Cup chopped fresh Orange
3/4 or 1 Cup Water (depending how thick you want your smoothie)
