For My Birthday this year I was given a bottle of Peach Schnapps, any gift is amazing from people because I love that someone thought of me. BUT, I have never had Peach Schnapps before and just been sitting in the cupboard for the last few months. When the friend that gifted me the alcohol noticed I hadn’t touched it she was worried I didn’t like it. So I decided to try mixing it up to make a cocktail with it to see if it would taste nice fixed up with something. It turned out to taste nice mixed up with Malibu and Pineapple juice, just warning you all if your not into overly sweet drinks keep this drink to one or two don’t go nuts with heaps of these…..
SERVES ONE
50 mls (1 Shot) Malibu Coconut Rum
50 mls (1 shot) Peach Schnapps
Pineapple juice
Add both the schnapps and Malibu shots to the glass and then fill the glass with pineapple juice…..SIMPLE!
