Winter Apple Smoothie

So miserable here in Melbourne, with all of this cold/ wet weather and everyone getting sick – its horrible. Im not being dramatic here everyone seems to be getting sick from tummy bugs to the flu you can’t go anywhere without seeing someone looking like death. My house has been plagued for the last month or so with everyone getting sick on and off  and the central heating on pretty much 24 hours a day to make sure no one gets even more sick. OH GOD I want to move somewhere tropical. So anyway with this cold weather there is nothing better than a smoothie that reminds you of an apple pie. Apple pies in winter are the best! This smoothie tastes like a delicious apple dessert that you can drink for breakfast or with breakfast its up to you. 


1 Cup Spinach

1 Green Apple Cut up and cored

1/2 Banana

1/4 Cup Rolled Oats

1 Cup Coconut Milk/ Almond Milk

1 Tsp Ground Nutmeg

1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Blend up all of the ingredients and enjoy
