When throwing a girls cocktail afternoon at my place I was trying to figure out a refreshing cocktail for us all to enjoy but wasn’t to much work to make. Being that its currently winter we were all wanting to escape to a Tropical Island……but responsibilities kind have gotten in the way of us escaping reality. So we had to escape via a cocktail…
INGREDIENTS
1/3 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 Medium Watermelon
1 Bottle of Prosecco
Blend up the watermelon and lime juice in the blender, one mixed up put mixture in a pitcher then fill up the remainder with Prosecco. Enjoy with your friends on a warm summer day………or winter day in front of the heater while pretending your on a tropical island. My cocktail was a little chunky some of the watermelon chunks just wouldn’t blend (BASTARDS!) but still it tasted good.
