Christmas is fast approaching and of course I have to have a Christmas cocktail ready to celebrate the Fat House Intruder in a Red Suit stopping by. Oh yeah and family too. I have wine, I have heaps of wine that should cover everyone. But I wanted to have the option of a cocktail for the people who would like to mix it up for Christmas. Of course had to make it in Christmassy colours, because why the hell not! So hopefully you enjoy this for Christmas, or the lead up to Christmas or really whenever you want a cocktail really.
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 1
80ml Cranberry Juice
80ml chilled Prosecco
1 Lime (for garnish – its the Holidays need to get a bit fancy)
Put Prosecco and Cranberry Juice in a Champagne flute. Cut up lime in slices and use as garnish on the glass.
OR IF YOU DON’T HAVE A CHAMPAGNE FLUTE….
Not everyone has champagne flutes (I have millions people keep buying these for me as gifts) so get any glass you want and do 1/2 Cranberry Juice and 1/2 Prosecco then garnish with a slice of lime…..nice and simple
