IM BACK! So it’s been a while since I posted last and I do feel a bit bad because I did leave a bit of a gap there. I thought I might come here and share a bit about why – if you want to skip this crap feel free to scroll down to check out my face mask adventure. So for a while now I have been a little inconsistent with my posting, some weeks I post late or not at all. Obviously with another lockdown it did make things a bit complicated with things arriving well over a month late and exposure sites popping up all around me (all essential locations) it also made it a bit difficult to post on time. But anyway after we were released back into the world after lockdown I wanted to take a break and try catching up with family and friends I haven’t seen in so long. The break I really wanted because it meant I had some time to get ahead of my work (my job work) for the end of the year and honestly I just needed a break. I enjoy posting and giving new things a go but I don’t want to force out posts and start hating it. After my break I feel like I’m ready and raring to go!
Fresh Faced MECCA COSMETICA Hydrating Hydrogel Sheet Mask
I’ve tried Mecca Masks before and I’ve found them to be pretty good, I haven’t tried this one though. I received this I a pack a while ago and it’s just been sitting with all of my samples goodies for ages. I think I was saving this for if I was planning a night out to get my skin looking extra refreshed I’m not sure why I was saving this, but I know I was saving it for something (I’ll probably remember while in bed later). So this mask is meant to hydrate, revitalise and plump the skin. This is said to give a perfected complexion.
What you have to do is put mask on clean skin and leave for 15-20 minutes, so pretty straight forward. These masks themselves are very slippery, I did have to lay down because the mask kept slipping and making my look like Leatherface’s Boujee sister. The mask came in two sections, the top part around the eyes and nose and the second around the mouth and chin. I wore this for 15 minutes, then removed the mask and rubbed in any access serum from the mask into my skin. I will say that this did refresh my skin, it felt smoother and my overall complexion looked even and less patchy. I didn’t feel oily afterwards my skin felt amazing.
I’m excited to start posting again and is going on some adventures with products and hopefully locations too. With things open up again we can go on some adventures to Bars and Cafes, the world is our oyster!!
